Meditation for the Modern World

Hello all it's me again, I wanted to talk about a common issue called anxiety. I have been suffering from this as of late and have found some interesting natural methods that can help. Many people have suggested therapy for this issue but like most common folks I cannot afford it. Yoga does help but finding the time everyday can be a challenge. At times my anxiety has gotten the best of me. I suffer panic attacks that unlike normal hyperventilating I get nauseous, dizzy, break into a sweat, and have heart palpitations. Fun stuff huh?! We all have things that stress us out in our daily lives and sometimes it builds up and causes worse problems.   So I looked into different methods and found that meditation has helped me acknowledge and work through my anxiety.
